Where Downloaded MP3 Files Go on iPhone and Android

iPhone: Safari saves to Files > On My iPhone > Downloads, unless you changed the location in Settings > Apps > Safari. The Music app will not list these files on its own.

Android: open Files or My Files, then Downloads. In Chrome, the menu > Downloads shows the same list. If a music player misses the file, move it to the Music folder.
